The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications. Assist with employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and facilitate communication between management and staff. This role is essential in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires the upmost confidentiality.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires understand company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with human resources principles, including employee orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
