Our Company is looking for someone experienced in Human Resources to join our awesome team! Duties:
- Administer and oversee various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to FMLA, performance management, training and development, and organization design.
- Manage the HR sourcing process, including recruitment, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
-Process bi-weekly Payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Skills:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role.
- Excellent people & communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in all aspects of computer usage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
