My client is a PE Backed firm in the Retail/Hospitality sector. They are seeking a dynamic (HRBP) Human Resources Business Partner in your AREA!
This is a REMOTE role that requires 3 days of travel per week traveling to their noted territory of their region.
Key requirements for this role are as follows.
- Ability to work remotely and travel independently to locations in your noted territory.
- Employee Support - leaves, benefits, compensation. Handle employee relations issues. Core HR Functions – Talent Management, onboarding, training, and development.
- Industry Experience – Ideally Retail, Restaurant, hospitality but will look at eager, motivated, and knowledgeable candidates in different industries.
