Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, with a focus on government regulations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding, while efficiently handling high-volume hiring needs.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle benefits administration, including employee enrollments, terminations, and resolving benefit-related inquiries.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to align with current regulations and best practices.
- Maintain HR records and employee data, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Executive Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Organize travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks for executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience in managing high-volume HR tasks, including onboarding and recruitment, while maintaining efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations (including government compliance), and best practices.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide strategic solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. Bilingual ability is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
