Human Resources Generalist - Non Remote (On-site) - Lakeland, FL
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR needs to support the business
- Implement best practices to support the company objectives
- Assist with labor relations, performance management, policy implementation; including coaching and mentoring
- Lead New Employee Orientation and Onboarding
- Partner with employees, conducting feedback meetings, coaching supervisors; including facilitating company training.
- Special Projects as needed
- Additional duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- At Least 1 years dedicated to Human Resources, strong employee relations
- Associates Degree in HR and or Business Administration or related field. Equivalent work experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Knowledge in State and Federal employment laws, basic OSHA safety practices and procedures and employee relations principles
