Overview:

Our client, a technology, information, and internet company is seeking a part-time, fully remote HR Generalist to join their team. This person will be committed, proactive, and passionate about enhancing workplace policies. The ideal candidate will prioritize employee well-being while aligning with company objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work culture. This role requires someone who can effectively advocate for employees while addressing the needs of the organization. The candidate should be located in South Florida, as occasional attendance at company events will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly evaluate and improve company policies, making gradual updates to ensure ongoing stability.
• Act as a neutral and trusted resource for employees, providing assistance and guidance when issues arise.
• Collaborate with employees to recognize and resolve workplace challenges, promoting a culture of transparent communication.
• Identify gaps in management skills or support, and lead efforts to provide necessary training and improvements.
• Support the hiring process and onboarding experience as we expand our sales team with new talent.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace atmosphere.
• Commit to a set number of hours per month or week, ensuring consistent and reliable support for the team.
