Human Resources Manager
Our client is a Cleveland, Ohio-based, growing, profitable, privately owned, mid-market, real estate management firm. They are seeking an HR Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources for a smaller enterprise. This includes managing part-time HR team resources, recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, policy development, compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
You should have broad experience in human resources and leadership and be comfortable with a “hands-on” role in an entrepreneurial, growing enterprise. Experience in the real estate field is a plus but not required.
