As the HR Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact in a growing company and, over time, build and lead your own HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day employee relations for a workforce of 70-90 employees
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Manage FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and other HR programs
- Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientations
- Assist with recruitment by conducting phone interviews
- Stay updated on NJ HR laws and regulations
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of NJ labor laws
- Experience in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Leadership potential to build and manage a team in the future
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
