About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with residential customers, educating them on our top-quality home services, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. This is an onsite, full-time position where you will be part of a dynamic, supportive team that works together to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Engage with inbound and outbound leads to educate customers on our services
✅ Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
✅ Present and close service solutions tailored to customers' needs
✅ Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✔ Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus
