Full job description:
We are looking for an Interior Designer who is self motivated and able to make showroom sales as well as produce design jobs. We have a fully stocked showroom to make floor sales with walk in customers and over 75 vendors to purchase from. Our Interior Designer must be able not only to make these sales, but also produce design projects with our clients. This position will require you to work on our showroom floor as well as make house calls when necessary, creating designs based on the customers needs. We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills and can work with the everyday shopper in addition to bringing design jobs to the business.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design is a plus.
- Ability to read and draw blueprints is a plus.
- Able to work varied shifts, hours and days, depending on the clients needs.
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity.
- Advanced attention to detail and organization is a must.
- Ability to develop a rapport with clients and maintain working relationships.
- Highly productive with minimal guidance.

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading our in house design program.
- Achieve personal and company sales/design goals.
- Ensure each customer has an informative and positive experience through excellent customer service skills, professional product knowledge, and design.
- Ensures project completion with the allocated budget and timeline given to you by the client.
- Create initial design sketches, color themes, and ideas based on client needs.
- In-House Design Consultations to measure the client's space, identify design needs, and evaluate the purpose of the space.
- Assist in showroom appearance.
- Organization Skill are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
