T Delivery Manager – IT & Technology Projects
We’re looking for a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee multiple technology initiatives in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, Agile project management, and team leadership to ensure high-impact projects are executed efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Lead Agile Teams & Workflows
- Oversee multiple Scrum teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and sprint execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor team performance using Agile KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts.
- Remove obstacles to keep teams on track and escalate blockers when necessary.
- Ensure all project data is well-documented in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
