Janitor/Maintenance

We welcome you to apply to join our team. This is a full-time position (2 locations - Blairs, VA and Danville, VA) with up to 40 hours per week. High school diploma or GED is desired.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Overall cleaning of the complex including common areas, rental office and other areas as needed.
• General trash pick-up in all common areas and assure cleanliness is maintained around the property.
• Floor care throughout the complex, VCT tile cleaning, buffing & waxing.
• Assist in making units “Market Ready” as directed by the Site Manager, Maintenance Tech or Regional Property Manager
• Advise the Agent of needs and problems of tenants with reference to the complex maintenance.
