Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties to maintain equipment and facility standards.
- Execute commercial cleaning responsibilities in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Carry out custodial duties such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain floor care through buffing, waxing, and polishing as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Support residential painting projects when required to enhance property aesthetics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience in porter or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques.
