About the Role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers thrive with our platform. You will support the Customer Success team by building relationships with clients, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in customer success while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, ensuring they derive value from our platform.
- Support customer onboarding, training, and product adoption to drive engagement.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when needed.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and identify churn risks.
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with product and support teams to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to the creation of customer resources such as FAQs, training materials, and webinars.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth.
