Job Description
Our client specializes in the installation and servicing of refrigeration equipment for new fast-food restaurant builds, including high-profile chains such as Chick-fil-A and Wendy’s. As a growing operation, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to act as a "right-hand" to the owner, supporting day-to-day operations on job sites and helping manage and expand the company’s capacity to take on additional projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with strong leadership potential who enjoys a balance of physical work, project coordination, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport equipment to job sites and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and site managers.
- Oversee and participate in the installation of refrigeration equipment.
- Take the initiative to learn the installation process thoroughly to eventually lead and teach others.
- Manage the crew, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Represent the company positively in interactions with clients and partners.
- Monitor timelines, cleanliness, and overall site culture to align with company expectations.
- Ensure all team members and equipment return safely to the shop or their destinations at the end of each day.
