We are seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Account Manager / Architectural Sales Representative to expand our client base within a defined territory. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-end, fast-paced, and goal-driven sales environment and brings strong organizational skills and expertise to support continued growth.
Position Summary
As a Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Account Manager / Architectural Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing strong relationships within the architectural and design community. This role focuses on promoting premium quartz and natural stone products to architects, designers, specifiers, builders, and kitchen & bath professionals. You will work closely with your team to increase product specification and grow brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage key architects, designers, specifiers, builders, kitchen and bath professionals, and decision-makers
· Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
· Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, lunch & learns, showroom events, and A&D library updates
· Provide product specifications, budgetary pricing, samples, and technical support as needed
· Set up product displays and regularly update samples and literature in customer locations and showrooms
· Participate actively in industry associations, including after-hours networking events
· Coordinate marketing collateral and sample tools for your territory
· Stay current on industry trends, design principles, construction processes, and competitor activities
· Provide product education and training sessions to the design, architectural, and builder communities
· Communicate product features, benefits, and applications clearly and professionally
· Support customers in selecting quartz and natural stone products that best meet design, functionality, and project requirements
· Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
· Monitor territory performance and report insights to management
· Attend trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored functions
· Travel locally on a daily basis, with some overnight trips required
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
· Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with architects, designers, specifiers, builders, and kitchen & bath professionals
· Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
· Ability to build and maintain long-term industry relationships
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· CRM experience preferred
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
· Daily local travel required; some overnight travel may be necessary
· Must be able to lift up to 25–50 lbs. for sample deliveries and displays
· Frequent use of hands, walking, standing, and verbal communication
· Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
