Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Bartender & Server to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone with strong front-of-house experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high service standards, managing daily FOH operations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House Leadership:
- Supervise and support the service staff during shifts
- Set and manage daily opening and closing procedures
- Ensure all sidework is completed and the dining room is clean and organized
- Maintain full stock of essential items (plates, glassware, silverware, napkins, etc.)
- Monitor and guide server performance, provide real-time feedback, and assist with ongoing training
- Enforce service standards and ensure team adherence to restaurant policies
Bartending Duties:
- Work as the primary bartender during service
- Batch cocktails as needed and ensure consistency and quality
- Oversee bar inventory, manage par levels, and assist with ordering and restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar at all times
Guest Experience:
- Lead by example in delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and warm service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and poise
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale dining, including bartending and serving
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of hospitality and standards of service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Confidence in training and mentoring fellow team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Passion for cocktails and a solid base of wine/spirits knowledge

Compensation and Schedule
This is a part-time position based on restaurant open hours. Compensation is combination of hourly tips. Room to grow and option to add management hours outside of service hours. Current hours: 4pm-close Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
