What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Maintenance Technician position at Confidential?
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor Team Member for our facilities. You will work with the Maintenance night shift staff and ensuring the smooth running and upkeep and repair operations. An excellent maintenance team leader member must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as electrical, plumbing , grinding& blending equipment ,. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times. Must be willing to be hands on when needed.
Responsibilities
- Inspect Lines periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance along side maintenance team and be a hands on Supervisor.
- Knowledge of control systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- An eye for detail and the desire to make changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school'
