Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and showcase available apartments.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and necessary documentation for prospective tenants.
- Maintain updated knowledge of housing regulations and community guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote available units and increase occupancy rates.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the property management team to enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or real estate preferred.
- Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective tenants.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
