We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent at one of our properties in Post Falls, Idaho.
This candidate must have experience in customer service, sales, marketing, property management and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced office setting.

Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as with others.

Requirements:
Present a professional and positive attitude to residents, vendors, and others.
Market the apartment community.
Greet residents and new prospective residents.
Give property and furnished model apartment tours.
Complete guest cards
Follow-up on prospective residents with phone calls and emails.
Respond to emails and inquires about the apartment complex.
Effectively communicate to current residents.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Promote resident retention.
Maintain a successful lease renewal program.
