Private family seeks an experienced early childhood educator to provide comprehensive educational leadership and family support for three children (ages 2-5.5), with a fourth child expected. This unique opportunity combines educational expertise with hands-on family assistance in a warm, collaborative household environment. You will be working alongside a hands-on mom and another family assistant.
Educational Leadership
Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum that supplement children's private school curriculum
Foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
Create engaging educational experiences that nurture curiosity and independence
Support school readiness and developmental milestones
Plan and coordinate enrichment activities and outings
Family Support & Practical Care
Provide attentive care throughout children's daily routines
Manage children's schedules and activities
Maintain organized, enriching spaces for children
Handle children's laundry, room organization, and activity materials
Transport children to / from activities (valid driver's license required)
Live-in position with private accommodation provided during working days
