At least 2 year of Staffing experience in a nursing home setting required.
$5,000 sign on bonus!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keep track of open positions for all nursing positions
- Post openings
- Reach out to applicants
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Set up and assist with orientation
- Keep track of time off and call outs
- Create schedules for new employees
- Ensure facility is staffed in accordance with facility standards
Experience:
- At least 2 year of Staffing experience in a nursing home setting required
