- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage maintenance schedules effectively.
- Experience with landscaping management.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance management.
