We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our maintenance department. Duties
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee maintenance management processes, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on maintenance activities.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for effective planning and execution of maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, particularly in high voltage environments.
- Maintain electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers and HVAC systems.
- Train team members on the use of tools such as voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with operational needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, high voltage operations, and logic controllers.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
- A background in maintenance management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
This position is salary and exempt from overtime.
Must have a proven track record of safety, compliance, and independent work. This person will report directly to the plant manager.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
