We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- · Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- · Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects
- · Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- · Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- · Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- · Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsDesired Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and leadership role
- Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- HVAC & EPA certified
- Prior experience supervising in a multi family facility
