Job Description
We are looking for a motivated full-time property maintenance technician in Chapmanville, WV.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance.
- Performing quality check on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems and repair as necessary.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market condition in a timely manner.
- Keeping an accurate inventory of supplies.
- Performs day-to-day repairs and effectively executes a preventative maintenance plan.
- Responding to resident requests in a timely manner and delivering excellent customer service.
- Complete necessary required paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written), as well as read container labels.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and communicate effectively.
- Able to use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability in the maintenance field.
