The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge, experience with manufacturing equipment, plumbing, minor electrical, minor heating, general maintenance, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing solutions to enhance performance.
- Execute painting and general maintenance tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of the property.
- Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
- Lead maintenance initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment among team members.
Qualifications
