Compensation:
$65,000 to $80,000 annually (depending on experience and education) with eligibility for performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee personnel including recruiters, sales professionals, and support staff.
- Support the launch and growth of new locations, providing interim leadership as needed.
- Develop and implement annual budgets and business plans, driving the team to surpass financial goals.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to set and achieve sales and recruitment objectives, sharing industry insights.
- Manage relationships, address client needs, resolve conflicts, and identify opportunities for business development.
- Provide oversight for account management and sales planning efforts.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to ensure ongoing sourcing activities.
- Uphold professional presentation standards for all client-facing interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business or related field).
- Minimum two years of sales experience.
- Minimum two years of managing a team of direct reports.
- Minimum three years of recruitment or human resources experience.
Work Environment:
This role requires working in a professional office setting with a dedicated private office for confidential meetings. Monthly fieldwork includes joining sales teams or independently visiting clients, occasionally conducting safety evaluations that may require wearing protective gear. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary for travel within the assigned territory.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily desk-based work with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
Travel:
Travel is typically local, within the assigned territory or to the main office. Rarely, visits to out-of-state client sites may be required.
