The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Corporate Operations and Strategy with a focus on technology enablement and strategic operations. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that works globally to ensure efficient, effective, and scalable operations. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's mission to be a best-in-class investment shop, and the Managing Director will be responsible for leading cross-functional technology and market data selection, spearheading technology committee leadership, and staying abreast of market and peer analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with key stakeholders, particularly in the areas of advisory and communication, is essential, as is the ability to influence and drive consensus on technology initiatives. Applicants must have a BA / BS degree and at least 13 years' of experience in management consulting, information technology, or a strategy role within a private equity firm or other financial services organization. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, a deep understanding of technology selection processes, and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. The Managing Director will also be involved in acquisition integration, vendor management, and system / market data consolidation. Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills are a must, as is a proven track record of collaboration and influence without direct reporting relationships.
