Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Managing Broker to join and grow our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting and retention skills. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to building a successful team of real estate professionals to better serve a diverse community.
Responsibilities
- Focus to be on Recruiting, Retention, and Growth.
- Involvement with Real Estate Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, Non-profit engagement are encouraged.
- Plan and lead Office Events for agents and community.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings
- Coordinate educational trainings, support updates for new and veteran Real Estate agents - both in groups and planned meetings with individual agents.
- Train newly licensed agents.
- Review all real estate related contracts.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess skills to recruit agents to grow office or bring agents to organization when hired.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Contracts and negotiations
- Proven experience as a Broker or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Experience in property management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- A valid real estate license is required.
