**Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Director**
**Job Summary:**
We are a local nursing and rehab company looking for a Marketing and Admissions Director to lead our referral and admissions process. The Marketing and Admissions Director is responsible for promoting our nursing facilities, showcasing their benefits and amenities to prospective residents and their families. The position entails developing relationships with Hospitals and Healthcare Providers in Scott County and surrounding areas.
**Responsibilities:**
- Contact area hospitals, community agencies and groups to promote and maintain good working relationships
- Execute marketing plan for continued census growth and the development of clinical programs
- Ensure proper completion, signing and distribution of Admission packets
- Touring the facility
- Responding to referrals in a timely manner
- Visiting referrals and families at their homes or hospital locations
- Greets family and customer on day of admission
- Ensure room readiness
- Continually develop and maintain referral base
- Assist to initiate and maintain contacts with Physicians, Social Workers and Discharge Planners
**Qualifications**
- Great Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
- Previous Admissions and Marketing Experience in Long Term Care
- Connections with local hospitals preferred
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business need, specifically incoming admissions
- Nursing or Therapy background a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
