Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and engaging Event Marketing Assistant to assist our team with planning, promoting, and executing successful events. The ideal candidate is passionate about events, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for marketing trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow Event Marketing Assistants to ensure the seamless execution of events and drive brand awareness for our clients.
Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant:
- Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies during the course of each event; this includes running all on-site logistics including sales, marketing, outreach and engagement
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to evaluate the success of our marketing and fundraising efforts
- Stay up to date with client information, outreach initiatives and milestones
- Collaborate with team members to ensure our clients fundraising and outreach goals are met
- Maintain event compliance and stay up to date on all standards and expectations
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
- Give promotional presentations to prospective customers with the goal of growing our clients brand awareness
Requirements of an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant:
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador OR experience in a marketing, sales or hospitality based role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
- Someone who is looking to develop others and make an impact on the community
- Must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
- A competitive edge with the drive to earn more responsibilities

Pay: $600.00 - $1,400.00 per week
