Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Marketing Director:

• Responds to all new inquiries timely
• Conducts sales discovery, schedules, prepares and completes visits for prospective residents and their family members
• Manages the assessment through admission process
• Ensure sales and marketing success and a positive transition of each new resident to the operations and clinical team.
• Uses marketing tools to complete quarterly sales and marketing plan and competitive market analysis
• Is responsible for achieving increasing census:

Here’s What You’ll Need for the Marketing Director position:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Willing and Able to travel around
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field is preferred.
• Super Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
