We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Fabricate parts as needed using various tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ammeters for diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar role.
- Ability to Stick weld
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus.
- Experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Military experience in a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
