Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Accesories, and Gear.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves as needed
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, and total purchase amounts
- Cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments

Requirements:

- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer interactions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
