Exciting opportunity to be part of an for a leading investment banking and advisory firm. Ideal candidate will maintain the firm's IT infrastructure and provide support to desktop support teams as needed.
Configures, installs, maintains and provides support for the below technologies :
- Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with Group Policy, DNS, Sites and Services, DHCP, Powershell
- Server hardware configurations (specifically Cisco C-Series)
- Hyper-V, and Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM)
- Patch management for desktop / servers via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Exchange 2019 including DAG configurations
- Microsoft SQL 2022 including AG configurations
- VMWare ESXi, vCenter and vSAN configurations
- Cisco Email Security Appliances
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (IAAS and PAAS implementations)
- Knowledge of backup processes and disaster recovery. Experience with CommVault Commcell backup solutions
- Ability to proactively assess security updates across all products and implementations mentioned
- Monitors system availability and performance
