Our group is rapidly growing and due to newly acquired dealerships, we are looking for a seasoned New Vehicle Sales Manager that possesses strong leadership skills and is innovative and can manage sales dept.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Able to submit deals and have relationships with lenders
- Confident in inventory management and ordering inventory
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff
- Help manage all other aspects of the new sales department
- Stay abreast of OEM programs
- Appraise vehicles, manage used car reconditioning
- Stay current with all Certified Programs
- Manage Save A Deal process
- CLOSE CAR DEALS!!!
Job Requirements
As our New Car Sales Manager, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality, the ability to build rapport with management and employees. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team and take pride in the work you do.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Have a clean background
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- DealerTrack, Vin Solutions and Vauto Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
