Responsibilities
- Manage residential home installation projects
- Organize and manage employees/subcontractors to complete different tasks in home
- Organize and schedule home projects with customers
- Perform site visits to ensure proper placement of home and develop a plan
- Perform quality control checks on projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, project progress, and any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related fields, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
- Ability to comprehend installation instructions, methods and safe practices
- Highly motivated
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities and able to manage a diverse group of people
