We are currently seeking qualified Directors to join our system of schools! Current training sites include Waxahachie, Arlington, and Mansfield.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Directors and Assistant Directors must be dedicated to positively representing the company to their communities, inspiring and teaching children, and building a team of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
Ensuring a safe environment for the children in our care.
Ensuring Creative Curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center.
Tracking all inquiries, and work to convert inquiries into parent tours
Conducting tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
Creating and implementing local marketing plans to increase enrollment.
Ensuring the center is in compliance with licensing standards.
Assisting teachers with the weekly execution of their lesson plan activities.
Monitoring and managing tuition payments at your center.
Communicating any staff schedules changes to employees.
Maintaining effective communications with families.
Maintaining professional conduct when working with parents, staff, and visitors.
Keeping strict confidentiality regarding children and families.
**Hours for this position vary Monday-Friday on a rotating schedule.
Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements. In addition to:
Supervisory and staff management experience
Experience in early childhood education
Any licenses, certificates or specialized training as required by State law
Excellent communication skills
Upbeat and friendly attitude required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
