Office Administrative Assistant
This position will act as a back up to the receptionist including answering phones, seating clients, retrieving and distributing mail, entering data, reviewing files for destruction, maintaining storage unit including handling and lifting file boxes, assisting with purchasing and picking up office supplies and maintaining order and cleanliness of conference rooms, coffee bar and kitchen. This position will also assist the Office Administrator with light bookkeeping functions, maintaining small office equipment, coordinating office gatherings, maintaining social media pages and other marketing functions, and notary renewals.
An ideal candidate must be a friendly individual, maintain a professional appearance, have a strong work ethic and demonstrate professional maturity. Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1 year experience office administration
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate regular office equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capability to work independently and carry out multiple tasks at the same time
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
