Office Assistant needed for RV/MH communities located in Western NC.
Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator handles daily office tasks, supports leasing, sales, marketing, and assists with community events. They build relationships with residents and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with residents, address inquiries, and escalate as needed.
- Prepare and distribute communications (e.g., rule reminders, notices, leases).
- Handle administrative tasks like phone management, typing, and filing.
- Show homes to prospective residents and guide them through applications.
- Process payments, security deposits, and fees; manage accounts.
- Track resident traffic logs and assist with marketing.
- Ensure homes are ready for new residents.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, and support the Community Manager when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or related experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility in hours, including availability over weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
