In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic guidance to the sales team, establish pricing strategies and sales incentives, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with finance to leverage data for informed decision-making, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that construction schedules are met while maintaining high quality, budgeting, and safety standards.
Your duties will also include playing a significant role in the recruitment, training, and professional development of a high-performing team. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of standard operating procedures and innovative strategies as our company continues to expand. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a residential homebuilding company.
