We are seeking a leader for the District Manager role to oversee the operations of multiple childcare centers within a specific district. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the District Manager will support their district’s centers with all aspects of operations and administration.

The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our early childhood education company meets and exceeds state and federal requirements, maintains high standards of curriculum and program quality, and effectively onboards and trains new Directors and other staff. This role requires a dedicated leader who can drive program excellence and operational growth across six of our centers in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the childcare centers’ operations and administration by performing regularly scheduled inspections, meetings, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance and our company’s quality standards.
- Ensure all programs maintain accreditations and in compliance with state funded programs
- Maintain and implement onboarding and training programs for new Directors and other staff
- Ensure that management and the centers are adequately equipped to lead their team.
- Maintain a scheduled auditing process for each center, including client rates, discounts, budgets, and expenses, marketing, etc.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of curriculum and educational programs
- Identify and execute strategies for program improvement and expansion
- Attract, retain, and develop talented team members to support program excellence
Qualifications:
- Must have and maintain current First Aid / CPR and Food Handlers Permit.
- Must have and maintain Director Qualifications per State requirements
- Proven leadership experience and the desire to continue to improve our centers and model our core focus and values
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional and mature manner.
- Confident with disciplinary actions and termination processes.
- Must be able and willing to jump into any center to assist as needed, including directing, cooking, driving a bus, etc.

Compensation:
