Our expanding sales require us to add personnel to help manage the increased volumes of business. We are a medium sized company located in Westchester, NY. We are looking for an Operations Manager. Individual will be reporting to Director of Logistics and help direct approximately fifteen people. Responsibilities include improving organization of warehouses, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations and scheduling workflow. Retail store manager experience supervising 20-30 people could be very applicable.
Should be comfortable getting others to perform jobs and maintain timely schedules. Salary is $80-93 thousand per year. Benefits, includes 401(k) and health plan. Spanish speaking extremely helpful. Please list your accomplishments with the approximate dollar impact on the company(s).
