We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant
to join our team! The OCM Consultant will collaborate with the management teams to develop change messaging solutions.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and elicit information for developing change management programs
Develop change messaging programs
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years experience in OCM / Organizational Change Management and Change Messaging
Bachelors in Communications, Change Management, or related degrees strongly preferred, alternatively Change Management Certificates or equivalent experience
Knowledge of OCM processes and methodologies (Prosci certification is a strong plus)
Ability to build rapport with all levels staff to senior management suite
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Powerpoint development skills, excellent composition abilities strong computer skills
Strong presentation skills with ability to present online via web meetings and in person
Hybrid / Remote Must be able to meet on site in Los Angeles as needed for intermittent meetings
