About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and others.
- Develop strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, sales growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage daily budgets, keyword bids, and performance metrics to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Keyword Research & Ad Copy Development:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing terms and opportunities for growth.
- Create compelling, conversion-focused ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and target audience needs.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search, search engine algorithms, and competitive activity.
- Identify and test new tools, platforms, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably with budgets exceeding $100,000/month.
