Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper

Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (with potential for increased hours during busy seasons)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage disbursements and ensure timely payments.
• Process payroll and handle payroll taxes in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with various bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bank reconciliations, disbursements, payroll, and payroll taxes.
• Proficient in basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software is a plus.
