Responsibilities:
- Event planning assistance
- organizing office space and event space
- Administrative tasks, such as paperwork and email management
- Computer work, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Shopping and errands
- Data management and record-keeping
- Communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
