- Hospital employed position in a physician driven system
- Collaborative and experienced team of seven interventional cardiologists, two cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgeons and electrophysiologist
- Comfortable call schedule of 1:7 at only one hospital
- Four busy cath labs (over 4,500 caths performed last year) and TAVR program
