About the Opportunity: Schedule: Options include three 12-hour shifts, four 9-hour shifts, or five 7-hour shifts per week Setting: Outpatient Responsibilities: Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including but not limited to, preventive health recommendations and habits Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination results Maintain complete and accurate medical records Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: M.D. / D.O. Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine DEA/BLS/ACLS
